Tanzania Leadership Initiative (TLI)

The overall purpose of the organization is to prepare a substantial pool of current and future leaders to serve at all levels,from local communities to international. Our task is to prepare the women and youth of Tanzania to step up to the challenges in this country and define the way forward,charting the path through rapidly changing political,economic,social and technological landscapes,which requires them to redefine leadership for this era and the next.
